We are very excited for our new students to be visiting with us soon for their transition day. Below is some important information about the day.

Date of Transition Day – Tuesday 4^th July 

Arrival

Students are to arrive for Transition Day by 8.25am. Students can enter the playground either by the front gates (adjacent to the main entrance) or via the back gates (opposite Ingleby Mill Primary School). Staff will be in the playground to greet the students upon arrival and line them up ready to start the day.

Clothing

Students will be required to wear their primary school PE kit as they will be partaking in a number of physical subjects such as PE and Drama on the day.

Lunch

Lunch will be provided free of charge. If your child would prefer to bring a packed lunch, they can do so. Please ensure that there are no nuts in packed lunches as a number of students in school have allergies. Please ensure that your child has a water bottle with them of which they can refill during the day.

Weather appropriate

Students will be going outside at break and lunchtime to experience the social times at Ingleby Manor School. With this, please ensure that your child has appropriate outdoor wear such as a light coat and are wearing sun cream.

End of Day

Students will be ready to be collected at 3.30pm. At this time we will also have the uniform providers in school selling uniform to take away if you have yet to make a purchase.

When collecting your child, please come to the Sports Hall doors adjacent to the main carpark at the front of the building.
