To make it easier for parents and carers to contact school and speak to someone in the required department, we have created a number of new mailboxes and extension numbers for you to use. These changes are in place with immediate effect and are outlined below:

  • Contacting the SEN Department

If you want to speak to someone in the SEN department or wish to communicate directly with the SENCO, we now have a designated mailbox and extension number for this department.

Telephone: 01642 352450  select option 4

An answerphone facility will also be available for the SEN department should you wish to leave a message, and a member of the team will contact you accordingly.

  • Contacting your child’s Learning Manager in years 7, 8 and 9 (KS3)

To contact your child’s learning Manager, we have set up a direct mailbox for KS3 and KS4. All communications are to be directed to these new mailboxes and no longer to be emailed directly to the Learning Manager. This allows us to manage your communication more effectively and efficiently.

Telephone: 01642 352450  select option 2

An answerphone facility will also be available for the KS3 Learning Managers should you wish to leave a message, and a member of the team will contact you accordingly.

  • Contacting your child’s Learning Manager in years 10 and 11 (KS4)

To contact your child’s learning Manager, we have set up a direct mailbox for KS3 and KS4. All communications are to be directed to these new mailboxes and no longer to be emailed directly to the Learning Manager. This allows us to manage your communication more effectively and efficiently.

Telephone: 01642 352450  select option 3

An answerphone facility will also be available for the KS4 Learning Managers should you wish to leave a message, and a member of the team will contact you accordingly.

  • General Queries

To contact the school with general queries, please continue to use the email and extension number below:

Tel: 01642 352450  select option 0 for reception

  • Call back requests:

Due to the high volume of requests received for call backs and the availability of staff throughout the school day, we are unable to guarantee a call back the same day.

If you contact the school, send an email or leave an answerphone message requesting a call back, this will be completed within 48 hours from your date of contact (during term time only). Any communications received during school holidays will be responded to upon return.

Contact information is also available on the school website.

Thank you for your support as we continue to apply improvements to meet your needs.

Kind regards
